    I cant get it to install. I even tried something you mentioned in a previous post. Can you help me? My children have not been able to use the browser yet. Thanks!

    There isn't anything to install, it should just run when you double-click the icon.

    What version of Windows are you running?

    it tells me i need to install the flash player when i try to go to certain things...I hit yes...then it says must close browser to install...I do...I have it installed on all my browsers IE Firefox and Opera. I do not know what else to do.

    Ah, OK :)

    You can't update the Flash player through Kidrocket, you have to update using your normal IE browser.

    It sounds like there is some new content that requires the latest/greatest Flash player though?

    I'll investigate some today, its way overdue for an update...

    i did update the IE browser...and my other two browsers. I even uninstalled the flash player out of all the browsers and reinstalled the newest one. Do not know what else to do :( thanks for helping

    Hi kayla

    Sorry about the slow reply, I've been away the last week or so.

    On Vista... Did you RightClick the icon & choose "Run as Administrator"? Its worth a try.
    This is happening on just some sites/activities right?

    Its sounding like a new version with an internal player update is needed.
    I'm planning a lot of work on Kidrocket over the winter.

    that didnt work either lol....all the pages work when i first go to them but when you try to go to video or anything pretty much, it asks me to install the flash player. I have it on all my browsers and everything.
