I didn't see this brought up before, so I hope it's not a repeat.

Have you considered adding a feature to Kidrocket - on the PC desktop protection end - to allow the user to add program shortcuts into Kidrocket so the kids can play their PC games through it as well?

    Thanks for listening....

    Hi all,

Iwould like to have my own web site line, in addition to the ones available, especially for local area in our country, Saudi Arabic, where Arabic is the main Language and the text encoding is Windows-1526, and text direction is Right to Left..

Can we have the CTRL-ALT-DEL optional?
Can we have the ALT-TAB jump to another screen optional!?

Can we have a Login screen with pictures (Avtar) for the kids to login with their special colors, Name, etc. customized Kid-Rocket Desktop to games, websites, age, etc.. I have 7 year old girl and 4 year old boy, so I would like them to have thier own "girlish" or "Boyish" look'n'feel!

    Hey iq0099 :)

I have been looking into a way, to have complete separate accounts for each child.
Currently, the best I've come up with is...
    1. Create a folder on the Desktop for each child.
    2. Copy/paste a copy of the kidrocket.exe into each folder.
    3. Right click the .exe in each folder and choose Create Shortcut.
    4. Drag the shortcut/s to the desktop, then Right click the Shortcut icon and choose Rename, then rename the shortcut with your child's name.
They will then have their own version and kr_files folder, for their own email settings, art folder etc.
They will still be sharing several settings for now though, browser color, email on/off, printer on/off.
A version with complete separate accounts will be coming soon. ;)

    On the ctrl+alt+delete...
Vista has the Lite Lockdown mode now, not XP though.
If Run as Administrator in Vista, when lockdown is enabled it will disable all escape keys.
Otherwise, Kidrocket will lockdown but all escape keys remain active.

    On the RtoL languages...
I've been gearing up to take a try at some localized versions in the near future. So far, all files are UTF-8 encoded.
I was hoping that UTF-8 would work for the RtoL languages also?
I've done some web projects in the past with LtoR non-english languages in UTF-8, no RtoL's yet though :)

I'll look into it some more later on today, see if I can get some definite answers for moving forward.
Actually, getting rid of the "Exit" buttons for the universal redX's in the latest version was step 1 ;)

Spanish was on top of my list, because I know a little...very little but lol

What I could really use, is the main button text translated!
That would be enough for testing and working out any glitches.
If you or any others would like to send me some translated button text?

Send them to the email on the contact page...
    http://kidrocket.org/contact.php

    Cheers :)
